About Me: As a career Naval Officer and life long runner and triathlete, I am now working with Ultra Trail Runner, Michael James to develop a community of athletes, coaches, physical therapists, and nutritionists to help others be the best athlete they can be. I have competed at an amateur level throughout my career and have trained in a variety of environments experimenting with different styles and approaches.
